The Bernstein Center for Leadership and Ethics and Leadership Lab invite you to join us for a fireside chat with Llyod Trotter, founder of GenNx360 and former Vice Chairman of GE. Considered a pivotal engineer of GE culture after pioneering an organization-wide matrix to measure operational excellence across its businesses, Lloyd will discuss the leadership lessons he's learned throughout his 50-year career. The discussion will also include a candid dialogue on his early efforts to improve diversity and inclusion at GE in the late 1980s and 90s. The conversation will be moderated by Professor Joel Brockner.

This program is a PPIL-approved event focusing on creating an inclusive environment and DEI tools, policies, and systems.
