The Student Leadership and Ethics Board of the Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics is delighted to host Tyler Shultz, former whistleblower at Theranos, and co-founder and CEO of Flux Biosciences. The event will explore the importance of ethics in Silicon Valley and will be moderated by Kyle Hartman '19.

About the Speaker:

Tyler Shultz shaped the biggest healthcare story of the past decade. In November 2016, the Wall Street Journal revealed that Shultz was a confidential source on its exposé of Theranos, the disgraced blood-testing startup valued at over $9B at its peak. He also brought his concerns to the attention of public health regulators in New York and was a key player in John Carreyrou’s best seller Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup. Shultz is a 2016 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and is the Co-Founder and CEO of Flux Biosciences.
