This full-day event is your opportunity to see what it means to lead in an ethical manner at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, NY. Attendees will learn more about the Military’s leadership development curriculum, participate in a mock class, and join in roundtable discussions with current cadets about ethical decision-making.

In addition, we will take a campus tour of the hallowed grounds and learn more about the U.S. military while forging new connections with West Point faculty, cadets, and senior military officers.  The tour will conclude with a lunch overlooking the campus on the scenic Hudson River.

This full-day event will be followed by a post-event social at Columbia Business School, where you will be able to debrief on your experience with your fellow classmates, faculty and staff, led by the Military in Business Association. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.

Transportation to and from West Point is included. Pick up and drop off locations at Columbia University will be disclosed to admitted attendees only. Please bring your government-issued ID (driver's license or passport) on the day of the event in order to gain access to the West Point campus. Due to limited spots, registration is first-come, first-served and others will be placed on a waitlist.
