As part of Leadership and Ethics Week 2025, join the Student Leadership and Ethics board for a session with Deepak Sethi, CEO of Organic Mindfulness. This interactive session will explore the transformational power of mindfulness and its application in both life and leadership. We will delve into how to cultivate mindful leadership, focus on the importance of ‘being’ over ‘doing,’ and understand how mindfulness incorporates emotional intelligence and how together they are crucial in terms of helping us enhance our leadership approach. The discussion will be moderated by Daniel Russman, PhD Candidate in Marketing.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the practice of mindfulness meditation and how it differs from other forms of meditation
  • Embracing the present moment and navigating the paradox it brings
  • Developing a leadership style grounded in mindfulness

This event is sponsored by The Paul M. Montrone Seminar Series on Ethics
