The individual- and organizational-level benefits of purpose are achieved by linking our day-to-day behavior to the impact we want to have on the people, organizations, and communities that we care about. Understanding the principles of this relationship, as well as mapping our day-to-day actions to their impact, builds clarity, focus, motivation, and fulfillment for purpose-seeking leaders.

Join us for an interactive session on the business case for working and living with purpose based on neuroscience, applied research, and practical experience from the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Facilitated by Nell Derick Debevoise '12 EMBA Global, participants will learn Debevoise's proprietary framework to identify, expand, and celebrate their own impact in their personal and professional lives.
