Columbia Business and Law School students are invited to a workshop on building your "Leadership User Manual," facilitated by Adam Bryant, managing director at The ExCo Group and senior advisor to the Reuben Mark Initiative at Columbia Business School.

As human beings, we all have our quirks — unexplainable pet peeves, the way we like to give and get feedback, our particular work styles — but we generally don’t communicate them to our colleagues. The Leadership User Manual provides a highly effective framework for colleagues to better understand each other so they can drive faster toward their shared goals.

At the end of this workshop, you will have:

  • Greater self-awareness
  • A productive framework for sharing your particular work style and preferences with colleagues
  • A practical tool for building more cohesive teams

This workshop is part of The Leadership Co-Curricular Series under the auspices of The Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership.
