The Student Leadership and Ethics Board, CWiB (Columbia Women in Business), and CWiB Allies invite you to an #EthicsMatters conversation to discuss gender equity in the workplace. This discussion will focus on current issues and challenges facing men, women, and non-binary people at work; and will dive into a nuanced discussion on the recent drop off of women in the workforce due to the COVID-19 crisis. In this group setting, it is our goal to collaborate across genders to discuss tactful ways in which we can help shape the future workplace where all, especially women and non-binary people, can feel supported and included by business leaders and colleagues alike.
Pre-Reading for Discussion:

About #EthicsMatters Conversation Series
The Student Leadership and Ethics Board coordinates the #EthicsMatters Conversation Series in order to encourage interactive group discussions among students about ethical issues in business that are prevalent in the media. These discussions are facilitated by members of the Student Leadership and Ethics Board and are held in small groups of 10-15 Columbia Business School students. They are open, respectful, and non-judgmental forums to allow for all students to voice their thoughts and opinions. Please strive to be kind and courteous towards others throughout the conversation.
