As part of Columbia University’s Community Citizenship Initiative, this panel discussion will highlight lessons in advancing gender and racial equity in the workplace with leaders from Google Inc. in conversation with Tiffany Flomo, Associate Director of Career Education and Advising at Career Management Center. Attendance will count towards the mandatory Inclusion and Belonging requirement for first-year students.
