The rapid, unexpected pivot to remote and flexible work in response to COVID-19 transformed not only the workplace, but what it means to lead a team during the pandemic and beyond. What new skills and tools are needed to manage, engage and motivate a team when work is no longer a “where” but a “what” that can be done anyplace, anytime and anywhere? Join internationally recognized flexible workplace strategist and author Cali Williams Yost '95, as she shares insights into:

  • What “high performance” flexibility is and why this more responsive, strategic way of working matters now more than ever
  • Why it’s not just the infrastructure of flexible work (e.g. technology, workspace on and offsite, remote work and flexible time) but a culture of shared leadership that leads to success, and
  • • What tools and behaviors effectively allow leaders to communicate and stay connected with their teams as they work in a more flexible, intentional, and less hierarchical way
